Fields of application
Spray lining.
Lining in steel chimney drafts, flue gas paths, hot blast stoves (cowpers), cyclones; chemical resistant protection layer on dimensionally stable (torsion free) steel areas at high thermal exposure
Product properties
- Thermal resistance up to approx. 900 °C
- Good adhesion to steel
- coefficient of expansion similar to steel
- very good resistance to acids
- free of halogens
- easy blendable with water
- application by spraying
Advantages

- no transport of liquid components because only water is needed for blending
- high efficiency through spraying application
