Mortar for laying and jointing.
Linings in autoclaves (steam zone), Linings in washing, drying and absorption towers, brick linings in chimneys, laying and jointing of ceramic or carbon based tiles, bricks and formed components on steel an mineral substrates
Product properties
- Thermal resistant up to ca. 450 °C
- Chemical resistant in acid or neutral environment
- very good resistance to aggressive gases and flue gas components
- resistant to water
- free of halogens
- also usable as potting or injection material
- application on metallic substrates without pretreatment (no corrosion on lead or chrome-nickel steels)
Advantages
- Chemical resistant linings at thermal exposures when synthetic resin based mortars cannot be used
- cost-efficient alternative to synthetic resin based mortars at acid or neutral exposures
